Connection in the Postpartum Season is a relaxed, supportive morning created for mums and their little ones to move, learn and connect.
Join us at Unity Studios in Mt Eden, Auckland, on Saturday 7th November from 11:00am–1:30pm for a morning dedicated to you in your postpartum season.
We’ll begin with coffee and time to connect with other mums, followed by an educational session focused on pelvic floor recovery and returning to movement after birth. You’ll then enjoy a gentle mums & bubs barre class, before finishing with lunch and more time to chat and connect.
You’ll also head home with a beautiful gift bag filled with over $200NZD worth of products and discount codes from brands supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond, with some incredible door prizes on the day as well.
Babies are, of course, very welcome. Feeding, changing, cuddling, crying and taking breaks whenever you need to are all part of the morning.
Whether you’re newly postpartum or a little further along in motherhood, this is a space to take some time for yourself, meet other mums and feel supported in this season.

Learn from an experienced women's health physiotherapist as we explore postpartum recovery, pelvic floor health and returning to movement with confidence. Ask questions, gain practical knowledge and leave feeling more informed and supported.

Enjoy a gentle mums-and-bubs movement class designed especially for the postpartum body. Move in a welcoming, judgment-free space where feeding, settling and cuddling your baby are always encouraged.
03 / Connection
Share coffee, lunch and meaningful conversation with other mothers who understand this season. A chance to slow down, feel seen and build genuine connections with women walking a similar path.
